Experiential Training Requirements
By the end of Phase 3, trainees must have completed the following as a minimum:

Trainees are required to perform and/or record the following:
Refer to Section 6 – Work-Based Assessments in the Training Program Handbook for more information.
Two CATs must be completed during Phase 3.
Trainees must complete their research project and submit a manuscript of their project and notify the College that it has been accepted for publication or peer review.
Trainees must present their research orally at a local branch or network meeting, if not presented in Phase 2

Trainees must have completed a minimum of 60 months’ FTE of accredited training time and the above Phase 3 requirements for completion of training and to be eligible for Fellowship
